TERMS & CONDITIONS

A full copy of the Terms and Conditions of rental will be sent prior to securing your booking.

Summary of booking terms:

• A non-refundable 20% deposit of the holiday cost is payable at the time of booking.

• The balance must be paid no later than seven weeks before the commencement of your holiday.

• Bookings made less than seven weeks before your arrival date must be paid in full.

• There is a refundable security deposit of £160, payable 14 days prior to arrival.

• No parties or events

• Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under twenty one years of age.

• Bookings normally commence at 4pm unless otherwise agreed and guests are required to vacate the rental by 10am on the day of departure. This allows the accommodation to be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for incoming guests.

• Maximum occupancy - Guests must not allow more people than the booking states to stay overnight in the property. Only those listed on the booking form can occupy the property.

Pets:

•  Up to 4 well behaved dogs are welcomed at one time, and must be included on the booking.

• Please don’t allow pets onto the sofas/rugs unless you a have brought your own throws to sufficiently cover these.

• Pets are not allowed upstairs in the bedrooms or lay on any of the beds.  A stair gate is provided. If you need flexibility with pets sleeping upstairs please ask!

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets

• Guests must not leave any pets unattended at the property unless by agreement. We have dog crates available onsite  - please  ask for details.
